- Click on the “Contacts” tab, or utilize the search bar to find the customer profile.
- When on the customer profile, look for the small hyperlink dollar amount labeled “Account Balance,” bringing you to the customer’s ledger
- You will see a list of the invoices linked to the ledger
- Hover over a particular invoice and click the hyperlink “Adjust b/ce”
- Choose whether you would like to debit or credit the account, fill in a brief description for reference, and save the adjustment
