Adjust Invoices For Bounced Checks Or Returned ACH Payments

  1. Click on the “Contacts” tab, or utilize the search bar to find the customer profile.
  2. When on the customer profile, look for the small hyperlink dollar amount labeled “Account Balance,” bringing you to the customer’s ledger
  3. You will see a list of the invoices linked to the ledger
  4. Hover over a particular invoice and click the hyperlink “Adjust b/ce”
  5. Choose whether you would like to debit or credit the account, fill in a brief description for reference, and save the adjustment
