How To Checkout & Close Appointments

  1. Click on the “Appointments” tab, and select the date of the appointment on the top of the page.
  2. Hover over the “Invoice” icon under the “Actions” column and select “Generate Bill” from the drop down menu.
  3. The following screen should have sections outlining customer details, invoice details, a description of the item/service being purchased, and the total amount (post and pre tax) owed by the customer.
    • Here, you can edit the price and quantity of the items/services rendered, or apply discounts to your total order.
  4. On the right hand side of the screen, you will also see four blue buttons and two white buttons. In order to check a customer out you will click the “Accept Payment” button.
  5. The next screen provides you with payment options that you may choose from (swipe card, manual enter, cash, check, etc.). This screen can also be accessed by selecting “Checkout” under the “Payments” tab.
  6. Choose your payment method, and follow trough with the steps to complete the transaction.
  7. You will have a printable copy of the receipt pop up. Print, if the customer would like a hard copy receipt.
  8. On the next page, you will see the transaction details and have the option to send the receipt via email and/or SMS. After sending, click the “Done” button.
  9. Now, this transaction and receipt should be saved and accessable under the “Payments” page.
