Our Click 2 Call feature allows businesses to make outbound calls using our software. This helps further connect your business processes, as our software will save recordings of calls and voicemails as well. In order to utilize this feature you will want to follow these steps:
1. To switch between app and phone based click 2 call, you want to click the little arrow icon next to your username at the top right of the page, and select either app or phone based from the dropdown.
2. To make a call, locate your customer through the “Contacts” tab, or search for them using the top search bar.
3. On the customers page, you should see the little phone icon next to the customer’s phone number. Click this to make a call.
