- Click on “Settings” and go to “Software Setup”
- Click on “CRM & Site Apps” in the Front Office Tools table
- Click on “Telephony & SMS Settings”
- Click the blue “+Add Phone Number” button
- Enter the area code you would like to use in the text box under “Tracking phone area code” and click “Save”
