How To Set Up A Smart Texting Number

  1. Click on “Settings” and go to “Software Setup”
  2. Click on “CRM & Site Apps” in the Front Office Tools table
  3. Click on “Telephony & SMS Settings”
  4. Click the blue “+Add Phone Number” button
  5. Enter the area code you would like to use in the text box under “Tracking phone area code” and click “Save”
Error Message: No numbers available in area code xxx. Please try again.

If you receive this error message, you must change the area code you entered to one with available numbers (possibly an overlaying code).
