How To Add Reviews To Your Website

Your Spring Board domain will grant you the ability to have your reviews grouped from various social media platforms (Facebook, Trip Advisor, Google, Yelp, etc) and made visible to your potential/existing customers.

1. Click on the “Reputation” tab on the left, and go to “Reputation Monitoring”

2. Here you’ll want to click the blue buttons that correspond to the social media platforms       you would like to pull reviews from, and login to your accounts

3. Now that everything is connected, you will want to go to “Settings” > “Software Setup” >     “CRM & Site Apps” > “Spring Board Domain”

4. Then you will want to click the “On” button next to Reviews on Step 5

5. If you have not yet connected the widget to your website, make sure you do by pasting     the javascript code in Step 6 to your site
