  • Build rapport and credibility to activate and drive account success
  • Convert new SaaS accounts to merchant processing clients
  • Manage and optimize client onboarding to ensure efficient handoff from Sales to Account Management and create a long lasting recurring relationship
  • Preempt and avoid client defection

In this role you will also help shape product roadmap, identify technical issues and up-sell clients where possible. Develop processes and procedures to successfully manage workflows and customer onboarding and site setup.

To be successful you will need experience and have demonstrated success in the following:

  • Project management tools
  • Customer service & people skills
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Technical proficiency & troubleshooting skills
