Punchey Inc. Puts Businesses In Control Of Their Online Reputation

Boston tech startup launches data-centric Reputation and Feedback Manager.

Boston, MA-July 16, 2014—This morning, Punchey Inc. launched it’s newest selling tool: Reputation & Feedback manager. The startup’s newest offering ties customer data with social media management and presence improvement.

“Reputation and Feedback Manager allows our merchants to become more in touch with consumers’ perceptions of their products and brand,” said Jared Sher, Punchey’s lead Merchant Portfolio Specialist. “The feedback we’re offering is crucial to helping business owners grow and maintain their clientele. It really let’s merchants take a walk in their customer’s shoes.”

All of the new reputation management tools can be accessed through Punchey Live, the company’s Internet based processing platform. They key features allow business owners to:

  • automate review requests
  • automate review posting (posts to Facebook and Twitter if the review is above a dictated number of stars) CRM tools including reputation management, reviews and email marketing
  • respond to reviews privately through Punchey Live
  • offer and track special discounts issued to customers who had a negative experience

This is the second major selling tool released by the company. The first, Customer Manager, aggregates customer information into profiles that are hosted on Punchey Live. Punchey has plans to develop more marketing tools that utilize customer data. However, no formal release date is set.
